Use and Collection of Customer Information
Presencing gathers only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on Workshops, Seminars and services that we believe to be of interest to our customers.
Presencing limits access to customer information to those employees who need it to carry out their business functions. Presencing educates its employees about these policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.
Accuracy and Security of Customer Information
Presencing makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the customer information it maintains is accurate, timely and secure. Please note that we do not store credit card information as a cookie on either our server or on your computer.
Presencing will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information.
Presencing enforces its policies in regard to gathering, access and use of personal customer information by its employees and authorized third parties.
Personally Identifiable Information
Presencing World Wide Web sites collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from Web site visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information herein. Presencing site visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to Presencing.
Presencing Web site visitors are informed that when they provide personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within the Presencing family of businesses. Visitors are further informed that, unless specifically stated otherwise, the personally identifiable information may be stored and used by Presencing to better understand its customers' needs, to improve our products and services, and to contact customers regarding offers that may be of interest to them.
If Presencing Web site visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to Presencing and would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from Presencing e-mail mailing lists, please send an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the unsubscribe function contained at the bottom of any marketing email we may send. Presencing informs such visitors that it will use reasonable efforts to delete their e-mail addresses from its existing files.
Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically
Presencing Web Sites may collect information from Web site visitors that is not personally identifiable, including the visitor's operating system, browser, domain name, and the specific web pages on Presencing Web site that are accessed or visited. Presencing only collects this information in the aggregate, and only uses it to improve Presencing Web sites.

Registration and Cancellation Policy
$100 of your payment** is considered a deposit, which is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor. If you cancel your registration more then seven days prior to the class, your balance (less $100) will be refunded. If you cancel less than one week prior to class your balance is non-refundable but can be transferred to another class taught by that instructor.
Please note that registrations for evening seminars are non-refundable unless the seminar is cancelled. Registration may be transferred to another seminar.
